Strider Clark Combat / Tongbei

I mentioned this video to Eryn last night. I don't think it's been posted here. It gave me a better understanding of the application of Tongbei as well as giving new meaning to slapstick comedy. The comments say he and his teacher Zhang Yun are from Pittsburgh, PA and this is Shi style. There used to be a comment saying that he was weak on the internal side, but I can't judge.

Those are some really good Tongbei applications. It almost seems like traditional boxing the way he is teaching, which is just right in my book. Based on these vids, seems to me he's got a good grasp of fighting in general. Tongbei is lethal when used for defense.

He seems to have internal development IMO, based on how he was moving his weight and using pushing techniques. Good stuff.
